The Eyes on Africa Foundation, imagined during a medical trip to South Africa, was created with the purpose of branching into medical aid. The opportunity to rebuild the Rupara Health Center is a perfect first step.
The Center will provide health information, counseling, and HIV testing to Namibian youth. Working with local contractors and the preexisting staff, the Eyes on Africa Foundation in conjunction with Justin Rausa, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia, will completely renovate the existing structure.
